Individual Psychotherapy

Whether you are experiencing distressing symptoms of anxiety or depression, echoes of the trauma, interpersonal and relationship problems, or you would like to better understand your complicated feelings and reactions, or simply how and why your mind works the way it does, individual psychotherapy provides an opportunity for healing and self-reflection. In my sessions, you will find a balance between acceptance and compassion, and a necessary challenge that is needed to promote change.

Sessions are typically 45 minutes once or twice a week. My approach integrates relational psychodynamic, mindfulness, attachment theory, as well as some tools from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT).
